Who handles your information
Adviik Singh Virat provides the service under the name The College Original. He is the contact for questions about your information at thecollegeoriginal@gmail.com. This notice covers enquiries through the website and explains the approach to information used in advisory work.
When you make an enquiry
The consultation form asks for your name, email, whether you are an adult applicant, a parent or guardian, or another adult, and your question. It records your privacy acknowledgement, the notice version and the time of submission. Details you choose to include about your intended course, intake, deadline or service interest help Adviik understand the enquiry.
This information is used to respond, assess whether the service is suitable and arrange a conversation. It is not a subscription to marketing. Please keep your first message brief. Do not include passwords, identity documents, card or bank details, medical records, application drafts or detailed records about a child.
Enquiry storage and email
Enquiries are stored in Base44, which hosts the website. Access to enquiry records is restricted to TCO’s authorised administrators. When the business Gmail connection is available, an internal notification containing your name, email, message and enquiry reference may be sent to thecollegeoriginal@gmail.com. The enquiry is saved even if this notification cannot be sent. Its notification status is also recorded.
Adviik reviews the enquiries and replies personally from that business email address. Notifications and email conversations are held in Gmail, provided by Google. Submitting the form does not send you an automatic email, confirm an appointment or create a paid booking.
Optional booking reminders
You can ask for email reminders when you make an enquiry. This choice is optional and is recorded separately from your privacy acknowledgement, with its time and wording version. Reminders concern confirmed meetings only and do not include marketing or personal advisory recommendations.
When reminder delivery is active, Base44 checks the current Google Calendar booking before preparing a message. A message may include your name, meeting time and Google Meet link, and is sent through the business Gmail account. Private delivery markers help avoid duplicate messages. If delivery cannot be confirmed, Adviik reviews the issue before another attempt. You can ask to stop these reminders at any time by emailing thecollegeoriginal@gmail.com.
Google Drive, Calendar and Meet
When the relevant business-account connection is available, Adviik can choose to create a private Google Drive folder for an enquiry or client. The folder name may include your name, and its link is saved with the enquiry in Base44. Creating the folder does not automatically share it or upload your message or documents. Any additional records and sharing arrangements are discussed as part of the advisory work.
When Adviik chooses to schedule a call, Google Calendar receives the enquirer’s name, email and the meeting time. It creates the event and requests a Google Meet video link, and sends a calendar invitation to the enquiry email address. The event link, meeting link and start time are saved with the enquiry in Base44. Scheduling requires a separate action by an authorised administrator; the enquiry form does not book a call.
Base44 and Google process information to provide these services. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country. Ask Adviik if you need more information about the providers before sharing additional records.
Site operation and unwanted submissions
The website uses your email and, where available, a network address to create dated, hashed identifiers that help limit repeated or unwanted requests. A hashed identifier is not necessarily anonymous. Base44 may also process technical information needed to operate and protect its service. Our cookies and browser storage notice explains the role of sign-in storage.
Studio accounts and advisory work
If you use the Applicant Studio, its account and the information you save there are separate from an introductory enquiry. Please share only what you need for planning, and use the privacy request contact below for questions about your account or saved information. Do not upload passwords, identity papers, financial credentials or sensitive personal records.
Before paid advisory work begins, the written booking explains the records needed for that work and the agreed way to share them. Students decide what is shared with parents, even when a parent pays. See the notice for students under 18.
Orders, payments and refund requests
When you buy a service, TCO uses your account and contact details, service selection, order amount, accepted terms and payment status to record and deliver the booking. Razorpay processes the payment. TCO keeps the transaction references and status needed to verify payment, provide the service, handle questions and maintain business records. Do not send payment credentials through the contact form or email.
If you request a refund, your message, booking reference, reason and related delivery records are reviewed by Adviik. If a refund is approved or required, the payment provider receives the information needed to process it. Purchase, payment and refund records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations or dispute resolution.
Keeping records and your choices
Enquiries are kept while responding, arranging follow-up or handling a related question or complaint. Records should not be kept merely because storage is available. Adviik reviews the continuing need for older records and can explain what remains associated with your enquiry.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or ask to stop optional follow-up, by emailing thecollegeoriginal@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed individually; some records may need to be retained to document an agreement, resolve a complaint or meet applicable obligations. There is no promise that records are automatically deleted on a fixed date. Email copies, Drive folders and Calendar records may need to be handled separately from the enquiry record in Base44.
Recordings, AI and public examples
Calls are recorded only with separate permission. Your name, photograph, results, comments or writing samples will not be used publicly without separate permission. Declining publicity does not affect your service. TCO will not put drafts that identify you into public AI tools. You retain ownership of your writing.
