What you can ask
You can ask what information is held about you, request a copy where available, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, change sharing permissions or stop optional follow-up. You can also raise a concern about how information or a service has been handled.
Send a request
Email thecollegeoriginal@gmail.com from the address associated with your enquiry or account where possible. Include your name, whether the request concerns an enquiry, a Studio account or an advisory booking, and what you would like done. Do not send a password, unredacted identity document or banking credentials. Email is the contact route whether or not you can sign in.
What happens next
Adviik may ask for limited information to confirm that the record is yours. Where a parent or guardian acts for a child, he may need to establish their authority before sharing information. Paying for an adult student’s service does not by itself give access to the student’s private records.
He will review the request and explain the action taken, any necessary further steps, and any records that must be retained for an ongoing obligation or dispute. Deletion requests are handled individually; submitting a request does not automatically erase an account or every provider-held copy.
Response and complaints
Adviik aims to acknowledge your message within two business days and give a full reply within ten business days. If more time is needed, he will explain why. Where a different deadline applies to your request, it will be followed. Contacting TCO does not remove your right to use other remedies available to you.
