Making an enquiry
The consultation form asks you to acknowledge the privacy notice and confirm that you are making the enquiry. Your information is used to respond and arrange the conversation you requested, including an internal notification to Adviik when the business Gmail connection is available. Submitting the form does not automatically email you, reserve a call, book a paid service or subscribe you to marketing. A Calendar invitation is sent if Adviik later schedules a call through the admin tools. Optional booking reminders have a separate choice on the form; you can ask to stop them at any time.
Agreeing to paid work
Before paying, review and accept the service scope, fee, delivery arrangements and terms shown at checkout. Your confirmation and any agreed schedule record the booking. If a statutory cancellation period applies and you want work to begin during it, any required express request and acknowledgement are separate from routine terms acceptance. Sharing, recordings and publicity
Adult students decide what is shared with parents. Recording calls or publishing a name, photograph, result, testimonial or writing sample needs separate permission for that use. Refusing publicity does not affect the service. A parent’s payment does not itself authorise disclosure of an adult student’s private drafts or meetings.
Changing your choice
Email thecollegeoriginal@gmail.com to change a sharing permission, decline optional follow-up or raise a question. Adviik will explain how the change affects future work and any information that still needs to be retained. Withdrawing an optional permission does not automatically erase previously supplied records or cancel a service; you can request those actions separately.
